Nelson Cole, a 21 year-old Brooklyn resident and Rochester Institute of Technology student, drowned Sunday at a birthday party for a friend on Long Island. Paramedics and friends tried to restart Cole’s heart, but couldn’t. The hosts of the party in Plainview were ticketed for serving a minor, according to the Daily News.
