A 48-year-old woman on her way to work Monday morning rescued a 2-year-old boy she spotted abandoned on a school bus in Sheepshead Bay. The van’s driver had secured the steering wheel with an anti-theft device after neglecting to drop the boy off at a nearby day care center an hour earlier. The Daily News has more.
