Carl Paladino, the Republican candidate for governor, told a gathering of people in Williamsburg on Sunday that he disagrees with Andrew Cuomo’s support for gays, The New York Times report.
Addressing Jewish Orthodox leaders, Paladino said that he did not think it was ok for children to be brainwashed into thinking that homosexuality was acceptable.
Mr. Paladino’s statements in Brooklyn were first broadcast by Azi Paybarah, for WNYC, and Reid Epstein of Newsday.
