Parents claim that a Brooklyn charter-school administrator has been physically and emotionally abusing students. The educator, Chi Tschang, resigned from his old post in California after an investigation into his discplinary practices, and is now facing the same accusations in Brooklyn. According to the NY Post, parents are questioning the Crown Heights school’s judgment in hiring the educator.
