A sentence of 20-years-to-life is expected to be handed down today in the case of Michael Jimenez, 28, who on Nov. 10 pled guilty to murdering his four-year-old daughter and assaulting his one-year-old son two years ago. According to The New York Post, Jimenez agreed to plead guilty to avoid a sentence of 25 years to life. The Ink’s Evan MacDonald is at Kings County Supreme Court today and will provide an update once Jimenez is sentenced.
