Brooklyn Named “Coolest City on the Planet” in Terms of Food

November’s issue of GQ magazine has named Brooklyn as the “coolest city” on the planet, even though it’s a borough. No matter, it is still a top honor.

Their restaurant guide, available here, goes as far as to say that you could spend “every New York minute of your trip on the far side of the East River and never feel like you’re missing out.”

Among the restaurants mentioned by GQ, you can find Mill End on Boerum Hill, Egg in Williamsburg, Char No. 4 in Carroll Gardens and Saltie, also in Williamsburg.
