The Wall Street Journal reports that Brookdale Hospital is investigating the death of a 6-month old boy. Amaan Ahmmad was given an adult dose of an antibiotic, a spokesman said, resulting in what the hospital called a “tragic accident.”
The child was being treated for pneumonia.
