An 87-year-old man was hit and killed by an NYPD vehicle last Friday, Nov. 5 on Eastern Parkway between Dean Street and Bergen Street, according to the New York Daily News. Theauther Love, an assistant minister at the New Frontier Baptists Church, was struck by a cop car while he was out on a morning walk.
He was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital, according to the New York Post. His 61st wedding anniversary is next month.
