State Assemblyman Dov Hikind says two dangerous pit bulls are scaring residents, and have already killed one dogged and mauled another one in Midwood, NY1 reported Thursday. Animal Care and Control officials say they have responded to complaints about the dogs, but haven’t been able to locate them, but Hikind says more needs to be done.
