Cops are seeking a well-disguised Occupy Wall Street protester who is suspected of chaining the subway gates at  the Beverly Road Q station and others to protest fee hikes last Wednesday. It is estimated that thousands of people slipped through without paying fare for the half hour while the gate remained open. The question remains how much were MTA’s expenditures in conducting the system sweep — did those offset the cost of the free rides for a half hour? You decide. Read more in The Daily News.
