Cops are seeking a well-disguised Occupy Wall Street protester who is suspected of chaining the subway gates at the Beverly Road Q station and others to protest fee hikes last Wednesday. It is estimated that thousands of people slipped through without paying fare for the half hour while the gate remained open.
