Officer Admits Using Baton, But Not in That Way

Officer Richard Kern today testified to using his retractable baton as he was arresting Michael Mineo, but denied charges that he sexually abused Mr Mineo with the weapon at the Prospect Park Subway Station, according to The City Room.
