Maclaren sued by Brooklyn parents over child’s finger amputation

A couple from Sunset Park has alleged that their daughter Shannon Windraw, had her finger cut off by the Maclaren Quest stroller she was riding in back in 2004, when she was only 2 and a half years old. Elizabeth, the mother, says they were on Fifth Avenue and 69 Street when the mishap happened. Shannon is one of twelve children who have been subject to this misfortune and the first from New York City.
