Firefighters Michael Reilly, Ryan Warnock, and Christopher Emmel surrendered this morning after being charged for injuring cousins in a Bay Ridge bar fight last month. Reilly and Warnock were picked out of a lineup by witnesses, but Emmel was not chosen. The arraignment will be held this afternoon, the District Attorney’s Office said.
