A Brooklyn man indicted for stealing the identity of a missing Russian translator has been charged with her murder.
Irina Malezhik was last seen leaving her Manhattan Beach apartment in October 2007.
Dmitry Yakovlev was also accused of killing Viktor Alekseyev.
