At about 7:40 last night, gunshots rang out on Stuyvesant Avenue, striking 10-year-old Dalilah Gray in the hand and killing an unidentified 24-year-old man, according to a Daily News report. Details about the nature of the shooting are still unclear and no arrests were made as of late last night.
