City Sued in DWI Killing

The family of a 33-year-old woman, who was killed by an off-duty police officer who was driving drunk last September, has filed a lawsuit against the city, saying fellow police officers delayed a blood test in a cover-up effort. the New York Post reports. Officer Andrew Kelly faces charges of DWI and manslaughter in the death of Vionique Valnord.
