Burglary Suspect Kills Himself After Firing at Police

A suspect involved in a burglary last night in Marine Park fired his gun at police responding to the 911 call and then shot himself in the head as he fled. After the man fired his weapon at police, a Sergeant shot him once in the right leg before the suspect fled onto Quentin Road, where witnesses said he sustained a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
