Berkeley College has signed a lease for property at the Fulton Mall, Brownstoner reports. The business-oriented school offers online programs in addition to over 8,000 students at its seven existing locations in New York and New Jersey. The downtown Brooklyn location will be its first New York City outpost outside Manhattan.
