A  Brooklyn charity created in 2004 with the help of state Sen. Kevin Parker used most of the taxpayer funds he steered to it to hire the brother of his chief-of-staff, the Post reports. The Post found that Building Blocks Local Development Corp. has no office or discernible staff and was sporadic in filing tax forms.  Parker has approved $75,000  in funds for the organization since 2004.
