The bombers that set out in a suicide plot to blow up New York subway lines last summer have now been tied to senior Al-Qaida official Adnan Shukrijumah, several news outlets are reporting. U.S. counterterrorism officials say Shukrijumah may have met met with Najibullah Zazi and two friends before the attack, which was one of most serious since Sept. 11.
