One teenager was killed and two were injured when one of them, a 16-year-old boy, crashed a minivan into a tree and a house at 1613 E. 23 St. a little before 2:00 P.M. yesterday, police said. The driver and one passenger, another 16-year-old boy, were listed in stable condition at Kings County Hospital, but the other passenger, a 13-year-old girl, was pronounced dead on arrival, police said. No other injuries were reported.
