Rubbernecking at Scene of Midwood Crash

The Brooklyn Ink’s Michael Keller is on the scene of yesterday’s fatal minivan crash at 1613 E. 23 St. While some motorists slow down to examine the rubble that was once a front porch, others honk and speed by, regardless of rain,  rubberneckers and the speed limit. Three friends of 13-year-old Sarah Erdan, who was killed in the wreck, examined the tree that the driver, Eric Hakimisefat, struck before careening into the porch; one of them remarked that he “Musta been trying to impress her.”
