The Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund, of California, has taken control of the development at 20 Henry Street, The Wall Street Journal reports. The development stalled earlier this year when funding disappeared and the original developer, Urban Realty Partner, defaulted on the mortgage.

The new developers, which include a company owned by former NBA star Magic Johnson, say the development will be finished in 14 to 16 months.
