A Brooklyn rabbi scammed a $16 million hedge fund, the New York Post reported, for $4 million. Rabbi Milton Balkany had threatened the founder of SAC Capital Advisors that a prison inmate, who the rabbi was counseling, would turn information over to the feds of alleged insider trading, according to Manhattan federal prosecutor Jesse Furman. The prosecutor said Balkany was videotaped taking checks from a SAC lawyer.
