Former ‘Law and Order’ actress Kathryn Erbe testified in the Brooklyn Federal Court today at the stalking trial of Charles Nagel, reported the New York Daily News. In addition to stalking Erbe, the article stated that Nagel sent “bizarre” rants to her ex-husband, as well as Internet messages to other members of her family, including her daughter.
