A Brooklyn school that lost hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of materials after a bed bug outbreak, held a fundraiser on Saturday to replace their supplies. Teachers, students and parents at P.S. 197 and I.S. 381 and neighbors in Midwood participated in a car wash and bake sale in an aim to raise funds to buy teaching materials that were damaged by chemicals applied by exterminators, NY1 reports.
