St. Ann’s Warehouse, which produces over 180 performances a year, was selected to take over Tobacco Warehouse by the Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation’s Board, according to The Brooklyn Eagle. Their plan was chosen from over 1,400 submissions, and includes a theater, as well as ample unenclosed space. The lease is expected to be signed in summer 2011, and work is expected to be completed in the spring of 2013.
