The Kings County District Attorney announced on Wednesday that Thomas Sotiridy, 60, an officer at the Criminal Court was arrested on charges of child pornography, The Brooklyn Daily Eagle reports. The charges note that he was in possession of hundreds of photographs of underage girls engaged in sexual activity with adults. He is also accused of possessing three and a half grams of cocaine.
Sotiridy was arraigned at the Criminal Court on Wednesday. Official charges include “obscenity in the first degree,” “possessing a sexual performance by a child,” “attempted endangering the welfare of a child” and “criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.”
