The New York Post reports on a Bloods gang drug smuggling operation that linked Brooklyn and North Carolina. According to Brooklyn DA, Charles Hynes, former Brooklynite Kyle Leonard, 25, was indicted on weapons charges yesterday in the sale of $17, 650 worth of weapons.
The undercover sting, nicknamed, “Operation Tarheel,” took 22 guns off the street, among those were deadly assault weapons such as a TEC-9 and a Bushmaster AR 15 rifle.
