Brooklyn Rabbi Victor Koltun was charged with two counts of second-degree murder yesterday. According to a Times Herald-Record report, the 41-year-old, 450-pound rabbi pleaded not guilty to the murders of former Lloyd police Sergeant Francis Piscopo and Piscopo’s nephew Gerald Piscopo. Koltun was arrested with two other suspects Wednesday night.
