The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance with the identity and whereabouts of the following individual wanted in connection with Reckless Endangerment in the confines of the 60pct.  The circumstances are as follows:

On Sunday, December 5, 2010 at 2048 hours the suspect, a M/H/30’s, did walk into 3202 Mermaid Ave. and fire two shots in the ceiling of the location.  The suspect then menaced an employee with the firearm and fled the location in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as: M/H/30’s, approx. 5’10” tall, 210lbs

Wearing: black jacket, black pants, black sneakers.
