A stone’s throw from the Manhattan Bridge in the DUMBO section of Brooklyn, Herve Poussot spends his days making French pastries. Poussot, who owns Almondine Bakery on Water Street, showed The Brooklyn Ink how he crafts delicate and delectable macaron.
