The New York Police Department is investigating a claim that a white sergeant in Brooklyn’s 79th precinct called a black officer “boy” on several occasions. The officer, Roberto Stokes, filed a complaint two weeks ago against Sgt. Sean McLaine with the NYPD Office of Equal Employment Opportunity.
