The Santorini Grill, a Greek restaurant in Williamsburg, is taking a different approach to food: it is encouraging patrons to pay what they want, according to Gothamist.

Starting November 4th, the promotion, called “The Greek Bailout,” will last for a month.

Paula Douralas, the owner, says that the “bailout” could have an extended run if things do well. “I was brought up by my mother and grandmother that we help each other,” she told Gothamist.

The promotion will not include alcohol or take-out.
