Man Runs in Memory of His Family

Sal Polizzi will be running in the upcoming New York City Marathon in honor of his mother and brother.

Polizzi’s mother is fighting cervical cancer. He is raising $10,000 dollars for a cancer charity. In September, his brother was murdered in a home invasion. “It’s had a tremendous effect on my whole family” Polizzi said, “and so we’re trying to do our best in picking up the pieces and moving forward.”

The marathon is scheduled for November 6th.
