A coalition of tenant advocate organizations is campaigning against alleged unfair practices at Brooklyn Housing Court, according to the New York Daily News. The push comes on the heels of a new report that claims the court is overcrowded and procedurally confusing and that it gives preferential treatment to landlords’ attorneys.
