New Job Center at Brooklyn Public Library to Help Unemployed

At the opening of a career center in the Brooklyn Public Library at Grand Army Plaza Tuesday Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced that the city is opening Workforce1 Career Centers at its public libraries to help more New Yorkers find jobs, the Daily News reported. In Brooklyn, 50 of its librarians have been trained to help with resumes, cover letters and interview tips, said the city.
