‘Save the G’ Campaign Heats Up

Fort Greene and Clinton Hill is now taking a leadership role in saving a full Church Avenue-to-Queens G train. The so-called “Brooklyn Local” is scheduled to return to its truncated terminus at Smith-Ninth Street in Gowanus after repairs to the elevated viaduct over the fetid canal are completed in 2014.
