A jury deemed Lamont Pride not guilty of aggravated murder today, instead charging him with murder in the second degree. Pride shot and killed Officer Peter Fogoski in Dec. 2011 following a botched drug robbery in Cypress Hills.
The Brooklyn DA’s office said Pride may still face 25 years in prison.
