A 78-year-old man was found dead on Friday morning at the Taylor Wythe Houses in Williamsburg by firefighters responding to his 911 call. The deceased, Carlos Fontanez, lived two doors away from an apartment where an elderly woman died last month in an unrelated fire. Police say the source of the fire was an electrical malfunction.
