A gun buyback aimed at getting young people to hand over their weapons will take place in Brooklyn on Saturday. Anyone handing over an operational gun will receive $200; those who turn in a non-operational gun will get $20.All participants will also leave with a phone number to line up a meeting with a mentor who can help them build on their talents instead of turning to crime.
