A man in his 20’s died after cutting his arm on a broken bottle during a fight over paying a bill at La Cabana Rodriguez restaurant on Flatbush Avenue. The accident happened about 4 a.m. last night. The two men fought inside of the bar and then went to the street where one of them landed on a glass bottle that sliced his right biceps.
