Investigators have found a ripped up suicide note written by Officer Rosette Samuel in a toilet in her East Flatbush apartment. Samuel, 43, fatally shot her boyfriend, 33-year-old Dason Peters, and her son, 1-year-old Dylan Samuel Peters.
