A Brooklyn mom, Chila Lati, will go on trial today for allegedly running over a traffic agent’s foot in Sheepshead Bay after the agent attempted to ticket her. However, Lati claims that she is not guilty and that it was not her car that ran over the traffic agent’s foot. She claims that the crime was committed by another woman who goes by the same name, and who happens to be a relative. [The Daily News]
