Hate Crime Trial – More from the Medical Examiner

Judge Patricia Dimango read a transcript of the medical examiner’s testimony, including the cross examination by defense attorneys.
The jury sought to hear the medical examiner’s opinion on the cause of death. “Given the two choices, I’d say the bat caused the skull fractures, but both caused some of the injuries sustained,” Dr. Michael Greenberg said on April 23rd.
He also stated that no single blow killed Jose Sucuzhanay, but that in his opinion, something heavier than an empty glass bottle killed Sucuzhanay.
The jury deliberation continues.
