The New York Post is reporting that Brooklyn could have its share of Super Bowl festivities in 2014, when New York City hosts the biggest football game of the year. Peter Davidson, who is the executive director of the Empire State Development Corp., told the newspaper yesterday that some gala events for Super Bowl XLVIII would be held at the soon-to-be Barclays Center for Prospect Heights.
