A judge ruled yesterday that the videotaped statement of a New York teen accused of killing a radio newsman is admissible in court, New York 1 reports. Kohn Katehis, 18, is charged with murdering George Weber in March 2009, when police say he responded to a Craiglist ad Weber posted for sex. In the video, Katehis says he stabbed Weber as the two struggled over a knife. The Judge will also allow a written statement by the defendant and a witness who picked him out of a lineup. Weber, a WABC newsman, was found dead in his Brooklyn apartment, stabbed about 50 times.
