A fugitive from Bay County, FL was arrested in Florida today, after being featured on WMBB News’ Wheel of Justice, according to the Walton Sun. Police from the Lynn Haven Police Department worked with U.S. Marshals Service in New York to arrest Marion Bernard Welch, 29, at a homeless shelter. Welch was wanted on charges of sexual battery and false imprisonment.
