Peter Tulloch, founder and producer of the summer event that gathers local vendors, community businesses and popular music, is recruiting organizations and community members to help him achieve going green, according to The Local.
“Now we’ll be trying to get all the restaurants into environmentally sustainable practices, in terms of getting all the cups, plates, forks — everything — into biodegradable versions,” he said.
