The Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC) unveiled its new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) this morning under the direction of Dr. Louisdon Pierre. The $1.2 million unit will house six patients, according to MyLittleO.com.
“This unit is part of our effort to become a model urban community teaching hospital providing quality healthcare to the more than one million residents in northern and central Brooklyn,” said Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Carlos P. Naudon.
